From our humble beginnings, to becoming the region’s premier provider of commercial HVAC services, the story of Air Control Systems has been quite a ride—and we’re in it for the long haul.
For 30 years, ACS has worked tirelessly installing, repairing, and maintaining the heating and air conditioning equipment of southern California. Because of this unwavering work ethic and focused commitment to the customer’s needs, ACS has distinguished itself within the industry. We remain a family owned and operated business, with the same passion for service with which the company was founded all those years ago.
It all began with four employees in 1991, taking on a few commercial HVAC projects. But within two years, the company had grown to 15 employees, moving locations to an office in Corona, CA.
2008 brought us to our current flagship facility in Ontario, CA. In 2021, the ACS footprint grew as we opened a second office in San Diego.
Across our two locations today, we employ nearly 200 of the industry’s most talented professionals. As a licensed mechanical contractor, we design, build, and deliver customized HVAC solutions that meet our clients’ needs at the highest standard of quality and service.
Although ACS’s history is all about our clients’ comfort, we’ve rarely gotten comfortable sitting still during our 30 years in the industry. ACS’s history is proof that no matter the circumstances, we’ve always put our clients first—and that’s something that always stays cool.
